This project involved the construction of a beautiful 5-bedroom home, as well as demolishing the old building located at the site.
The project
We were invited to tender for this project as we were a local company with a trusted reputation.
Duration: July 2001-June 2002

Scope of works:
- Demolition of current dwelling.
- Construction of a new 5-bedroom home with a detached garage and extensive landscaping, including a new driveway and turning circle.
The property was constructed with handmade bricks to meet the client’s requirements.
CLIENT TESTIMONIAL
In 2001 we purchased our home with the intention of demolishing the existing house and rebuilding a family home of our own design.
We contacted Brian Ling, based on his excellent reputation in the village. Brian was only too happy to take on this project and advised us of a local architect to prepare the plans with the added input of requirements from ourselves.
With planning permission approved, building work commenced. Over the following year the house and garage were built using top quality materials and fixtures and fittings chosen by ourselves. The workforce were at all times wholly professional allowing us to move into our new home on time.
Nearly 17 years later, when coming up the drive towards our house, we have immense pride in what has been mutually achieved.
